The Friends of Winchester College offer members a diverse programme of events, details of which can be seen in the list below for May 2022.  

All events are subject to school and government COVID-19 guidelines.

Come and Sing: Saturday 21 May, 2pm, Chapel 
The afternoon will begin with a rehearsal in Chapel, followed by refreshments under the arches of Musa, finishing with Evensong.

Dr Tim Hands, Headmaster: Thursday 26 May, 6.00pm, Witham Close & Science Lecture Theatre
Div: What is it, Why is it and Why is it so Special?
The Headmaster looks at Div, one of the school’s most distinctive features, tracing its origins, explaining its recent revisions, and arguing the case for its centrality to a pedigree liberal education.  No prior knowledge required!
The evening will start with drinks in the Headmaster's garden in Witham Close, where you will then move to the Science Lecture Theatre for his talk.
