It will be clear from your Tégé choices what level of support you are offering, and a Protégé seeking your support should be clear about what they need and when they need it by.
If you are supporting a current Wykehamist, then, however well you might know the individual, all communication should be conducted via the Wykeham Links messaging function. This is both to manage the safeguarding of pupils and to enable us to measure the usage of Wykeham Links.
