War crimes trials - why bother? Sir Geoffrey Nice KC in conversation with Nicholas Davidson KC

WAR CRIMES TRIALS -  WHY BOTHER? SIR GEOFFREY NICE KC IN CONVERSATION WITH NICHOLAS DAVIDSON KC

Sir Geoffrey Nice KC is a British barrister and judge. He took part in the International Criminal Tribunal for what was formerly Yugoslavia and was lead prosecutor at Slobodan Milošević's trial. He is chair of the China Tribunal and the Uyghur Tribunal, which have investigated human rights abuses in China.

Sir Geoffrey will be interviewed by Nicholas Davidson KC. Nicholas (Scholar of Winchester College and Aulae Prae) was described by Chambers in 2022 as “the ultimate legal eagle”. He is one of London’s pre-eminent silks.

We are aware that a separate Winchester College lecture is taking place simultaneously.
