New Director of Development: Melanie Bushell

The Warden and Fellows are delighted to announce that Melanie Bushell will be joining Winchester College as the new Director of Development. Melanie’s extensive experience spans the Third Sector and education. The first decade of her career was spent in Cambridge, where she worked in Admissions at Trinity Hall and then as Assistant Director of Development at Corpus Christi. After this, she moved to London as the Deputy Director of Development at the Sea Cadets Association before becoming the Head of Marketing and Communications for the Army Cadet Force. Melanie has spent the last ten years as Director of Development at The Portsmouth Grammar School where she has transformed their development operation. We look forward to welcoming Melanie to Winchester in February and introducing her to you all.
